Routine Physicals/well-child check-ups
Routine physicals/well-child check-ups
are scheduled between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Please call us to schedule your child’s next well-care appointment. By scheduling two to three weeks in advance you will more likely be able to get an appointment with the physician of your choice and at a time that is convenient for you and your child’s schedule.
Sick or problem visits
If your child is sick or has a problem requiring medical attention, please call 828-258-0969 during normal business hours to speak with a Triage Nurse. Due to the high demand for sick appointments, they are booked in the order that calls are received beginning at 8 a.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Evenings
Our evening hours are designed to make it simpler and faster to have your child seen for sick or urgent visits. Appointments for the Evening Clinic begin at 5:15 and are scheduled throughout the day in the order that calls are received by our Telephone Triage Nurses.
Weekends/Holidays
Our weekend/holiday hours are by appointment only. We encourage you to contact our office early for urgent appointments. Triage nursing staff is available to answer questions 24 hours/day. Our phone nurses are available to schedule appointments beginning at 9 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
